Delivery
Orders are processed from Monday to Thursday, 4 days a week. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive and order confirmation with the tracking number for your reference, via e-mail. Packages are generally dispatched within 1-4 days after receipt of payment (except on Fridays). Domestic packages are shipped via Post Haste, international packages via NZ Post. Please allow 2-7 days delivery to New Zealand, and 10-60 days delivery to international destinations.
Please note: Deliveries to larger cities on the North Island usually take longer, as couriers are still struggling with staffing and issues with logistics. We would advise our customers to expect delays with receiving parcels.
You may be asked to present identification upon delivery.
We cannot deliver to certain countries and regions, including China, Canada, Sweden and the USA.
Taxes
All listed prices are inclusive of New Zealand GST. Orders outside of New Zealand will not be liable for New Zealand GST and will be amended on confirmation of delivery address.
For orders delivered outside of New Zealand, the buyer is responsible for any government tax, including import tax, alcohol tariffs, sales tax etc. Please contact your local customs office to find out what you may be liable for.
