This 50th Anniversary Celebration release will be a Solera Cask, meaning it will never be emptied below half-full & continually topped up. This ensures the influence of its original liquids forever feature in all future flavours.
A former Wilsons cask will have Single Malt whisky from every vintage of whiskies ever distilled by Cyril, that we still have in stock. Single Malt from Dunedin's closed Willowbank Distillery from 1987 through until 1993, married with matured whiskies from our new Dunedin Distillery in Speights Brewery, where Cyril has been distilling for the last 3years.
All American Oak ex-Bourbon barrel maturation. Available now for pre-sale price. Cyril will decant the barrel on his birthday in March, for bottling and despatch in late March 2024.
